Access by train – access to Dobiegniew station or Krzyż Wielkopolski (direct connections from, among others, Warsaw, Szczecin and Poznań) – transport from the station to the hotel PLN 90.
Directions (from Poznań): Pestkownica (Krzyż Wlkp. Commune) is located halfway between Wałcz and Dobiegniew, by the national route No. 22. coming from Poznań – take road no. 11 towards Oborniki Wlkp., Piła, Koszalin in Oborniki after the Warta bridge, at the traffic lights turn left towards Wałcz (road 178), go to Czarnków, after Czarnków drive the bridge over the Noteć and after 1.5 km turn left towards Wieleń / Mirosławiec (road 174), in Wielen, immediately turn right over the railway tracks towards Mirosławiec (road 177), go to Człopa, turn left towards Gorzów Wlkp./ Dobiegniew (road 22). After 8 km and passing through two villages – Dzwonowo and Szczuczarz – 100 m after the end of the village of Szczuczarz we get to the turn and turn left, into the forest road indicated by the information sign „Pestkownica 3” (sign E-4) Follow the paved forest path 2.5 km. After 2.5 km on the left there will be a tennis court and buildings. Entrance to the parking lot – straight ahead.
GPS navigation – set the position N 053 o 02 ’25’ ‚and E 016 o 02’ 21 ‚in the GPS (or according to the decimal degrees 53.0404 N 16.0393 E) – this is the point on the national road No. 22 Gorzów-Wałcz, around 100 m in front of the green information board „SZCZUCZARZ” (sign E-17a) – end of the village, on the right side there is an information board „Residence on the lake” Hotel 2,5 km and green information board „Pestkownica 3” (sign E-4).
We recommend that you do not enter the Pestkownica village for navigation – unfortunately, most of the navigation suggests dirt roads and forests. Only google maps shows the correct access from the page of Szczuczarz.
